On December 19th, 2023, I embarked on a series of @IndiGo flights from Gwalior to Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru. While Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru airports are undoubtedly impressive, it was an encounter with an IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) employee at the Gwalior airport that truly stood out and left a lasting impression❤️
As I looked for an IndiGo counter, I stumbled upon a female employee whose uniform bore a poignant message: "I cannot hear or speak. But I will be happy to assist."

Intrigued, I approached her and was greeted with a beaming smile. Her name was Suhana Bano, and she exceeded my expectations in assisting me😇
